David Russell

A 1993 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Mr. Russell has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before regulatory and licensing agencies.

David has a multi-state practice and regularly handles cases involving catastrophic injuries. He has tried over 70 jury trials to verdicts ranging from automobile accident litigation, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, products liability matters, and labor and employment disputes.

Mr. Russell is a former two-time board member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is AV rated through Martindale-Hubble in Healthcare Law, Medical Malpractice, and Labor & Employment Law. He has also been named twice to the list of Oklahoma Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters and has been named one of America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators by America's Top 100 LLC since 2018.

He is often a speaker on such issues as Medical Staff Services, Hospital Corporate Liability, Negligent Credentialing, Medical Charting, EMTALA, Risk Management Investigations, and effective Trial Strategy and Litigation Tactics.
