Accord is always my top choice for mediation services. I have never had opposing counsel object to selecting Accord. Almost every mediation I've done with Accord settled at mediation or within a week after. As a litigator, the primary reason I go with Accord is to learn. I always leave with an honest evaluation of my case, and I will jump at the opportunity to mediate big cases with Accord even if I have no expectation of settling. The information acquired from the seasoned litigators at Accord is invaluable and sometimes saves me from myself. The lawyers at Accord are always impeccably prepared.
