Accord Mediation & Arbitration is proud to announce the addition of David A. Russell of Rodolf & Todd to its panel of mediators. A 1993 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Mr. Russell has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before regulatory and licensing agencies. He has a multi-state practice and regularly handles cases involving catastrophic injuries. He has tried over 70 jury trials to verdicts ranging from automobile accident litigation, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, products liability matters, and labor and employment disputes.
