Accord Mediation & Arbitration is proud to announce the addition of Eric Eissenstat of Phillips Murrah to its panel of mediators. 

Mr. Eissensat has practiced for 39 years handling complex litigation, has served as general counsel for a NYSE company, and has tried to jury verdict or judgment over 70 cases involving oil and gas, antitrust, securities, banking and commercial, business/complex torts, competition, employment, intellectual property, bad faith insurance, personal injury and wrongful death issues and has handled dozens of class actions. He has also represented clients in at least 400 - 500 mediations. He is a Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years.
