Accord Mediation & Arbitration is proud to welcome two of Oklahoma’s most respected attorneys to its mediation panel.

Mary F. Fitzgerald served as a District Judge for Tulsa County and tried more than 120 jury trials between 2007 - 2018. Prior to taking the bench as a District Judge, Mary was a District Court Judicial Referee. She graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, J.D., in 1990.

“We are very excited to add Mary Fitzgerald to our mediation panel. As a trial judge, she had a reputation for being fair to both sides, being patient and a good listener, and being well-prepared for hearings and trials,” says Ted Sherwood, owner of Accord Mediation & Arbitration. “Mary can apply her experience handling a wide variety of cases and legal issues to effectively guide parties through the mediation process to successful resolution.”

A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Danny C. Williams, Sr. is a partner with Conner & Winters in the firm's litigation group with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the area of condemnation law. He also has experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Previously, Mr. Williams served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma from August 2012 until March 2017.

“Danny’s experience involving civil litigation makes an excellent fit for cases involving complex issues, particularly Eminent Domain cases," says Sherwood.

Accord Mediation & Arbitration specializes in resolving complex cases and serving its clients through prompt scheduling, being fully prepared on the facts and legal issues of the case, by bringing creative solutions to the mediation process, and by following up on mediations that do not settle at first to bring final resolution in the weeks and months that follow.
