Ted Sherwood Admitted as Fellow to the American College of Civil Trial Mediators

Accord Mediation and Arbitration proudly announces that its founder, Ted Sherwood, has been admitted as a Fellow to the prestigious American College of Civil Trial Mediators (ACCTM). Ted is the only Fellow from Oklahoma.

The ACCTM is a distinguished national organization comprised of leading professionals renowned for their experience, ethical standards, and professional commitment to mediation, conflict management, and alternative dispute resolution. Established by trial lawyers who were also members of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the ACCTM sets the gold standard in mediation practices nationwide.

Ted Sherwood’s career as a professional mediator began in 2010. Over the past 14 years, he has successfully mediated more than 2,000 cases, earning a reputation for excellence and impartiality. In 2018, Ted founded Accord Mediation and Arbitration, which has since grown to include a panel of 12 highly experienced trial lawyers, each bringing unique insights and expertise to mediation and arbitration proceedings.
